A local church can have the most perfect of systems in place but systems without prayer will not produce fruit that lasts. Anything we do that is not built on a foundation of true apostolic prayer is worthless. Somewhere along the way, we were told that prayer is when we petition God about everything we do not like in life. And when God does not fix things for us, we give up on prayer because it does not seem to work.

Prayer was never meant to be needs-based. It was always meant to be about the Kingdom.
